Egyptian Chamomile Fruity with sweet notes, somewhat like apples. Chamomile has been noted as beneficial for soothing headaches and is a natural relaxing herb known to assist the restless. Chamomile is derived from ancient Greek and translates as "ground apple" in reference to the fruity aroma.

Phi Mu Tan A white tea, naturally withered, that is grown in the Fujian Province of China. A white tea offering jammy flavor with sweet notes and a delicious lingering finish. Czar Nicholas Russian Caravan Tea A delicate cup with lively sprightly and slightly toasty character. A perfect tea for a dinner party. The history of this tea goes back hundreds of years in Xian, China where there is a marker which notes the beginning of the Silk Road - the trail that lead to central Asia and eventually the courts of the czars in St. Petersburg. Organic Assam (2nd flush) A full-bodied malty character, takes milk very well. Infusion is very bright with deep coppery color.
Margaret's Hope (Estate Darjeeling) Delicate tending astringent with the distinctive taste and flavor of the Muscat grape. During the 1930's this estate was owned by Mr. Bagdon who lived in London and visited the estate regularly. He had two daughters. The younger name Margaret, who when she saw the tea garden fell in love with it, hoping one day she would have an opportunity to return. Sadly she fell ill on-board ship and died soon after. In her memory, her father changed the garden's name to Margaret's Hope.
