Small Group Catering Pick-up or Delivery

 Our Small Group Packages are perfect for those who need food to serve groups from 20 to 75. These packages are designed for self serve buffet service. The following menus are grouped for ease of ordering. However, feel free to pick and choose from all three tiers to create a menu to suit your tastes. We require a minimum of 20 folks and suggest a 7 day advance order to ensure complete menu availability. Changes within 3 days may incur additional charges.

 All foods are packaged in separate disposable insulated containers and then packaged in shelved boxes for ease of handling. All Small Group Packages include serving utensils, cutlery, napkins, and disposable plate ware. Dessert Bars included in each package are assorted Walnut and Chocolate Chip Brownies.

Our Panini tray consists of a variety of quartered sandwiches to include the following:

Northerner Rare roast beef, provolone, red onion, tomato, horseradish sauce.

Southerner Sliced grilled chicken breast, bacon, muenster, Ancho-Mayo, tomato, red onion.

Hawaiian Black forest ham, pineapple, provolone, honey mustard, red onion.

Italian Salami, black forest ham, pastrami, provolone, tomato, pepper relish, Pesto-Mayo.

Gobbler Smoked turkey, bacon, swiss, tomato, mayonnaise.

All American Grilled swiss, american and white cheddar cheeses, tomato, mayonnaise, and bacon.
