The following meals are sample packages only. Menu items can be interchanged and service ware and service style can be specified according to your needs. Because we only use fresh produce, meats, and seafoods, prices may vary depending on the market and the season. Please reserve your date in advance. Final guest counts are required 7 days prior to the event. We require a $500 minimum for full service.

- This is our most affordable package. This meal includes plenty of barbecue along with cole slaw for topping your sandwiches, and two choices of side dishes. In addition it comes with buns, a choice of dessert, tea and lemonade. This meal includes buffet service, personnel and paper products.
