Alvin V. Baird Learning Disability Center

Welcome to the Alvin V. Baird Attention and Learning Disablity Center.

The mission of the Alvin V. Baird Attention and Learning Disabilities Center (ALDC) is to provide practical services and interventions for individuals with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and learning disabilities (LD).

In addition, it is expected that these services and interventions will provide training opportunities for students interested in pursuing careers in this area and it is also expected that practical research into the development and identification of effective interventions for these individuals will also be actively pursued.

Finally, it is the mission of the ALDC to encourage multidisciplinary collaborative projects to achieve these ends.
