The Harrisonburg Pregnancy Center is a life affirming Christian ministry offering emotional, physical, and spiritual support to women, men, and their families facing unplanned pregnancies, sexual decisions, and post-abortion trauma.

The Central Shenandoah Health Department provides services such as family planning, maternity care, an STD clinic, immunizations, well baby and well child services, communicable disease clinic, a WIC program, teen clinic and dental clinic for the residents of Augusta, Highland, Buena Vista, Bath and Rockbridge Counties as well as the cities of Harrisonburg, Waynesboro, Staunton and Lexington.
